The Southern Nevada Water Authority (SNWA) offers irrigation reviews for multifamily property owners and managers. A conservation specialist will visit your property to:

  • Review your irrigation controller settings and/or evaluate your watering practices for efficiency

  • Check your sprinkler and drip irrigation systems for efficiency and make suggestions

  • Calculate your property's historic water usage and offer suggestions about how to reduce water use
