Gwen Migita is the corporate director of Corporate Social Responsibility at Harrah's Entertainment. She leads the enterprise-wide environmental sustainability program and is a corporate leader for Harrah's diversity and inclusion strategy.

Through her leadership, Migita has driven the development of strategy and program management for integrity and reputation management initiatives. In this capacity, Migita also manages corporate charitable giving and community relations policies. She serves as a leader in Harrah's corporate citizenship programs which consists of nearly $80 million in annual contributions to over 13,000 organizations, and 150,000 hours of volunteer time.

Prior to her current role, Migita was the executive development director, advisor, and chief of staff to the senior executive of Communications and Government Relations. As such, Migita managed the divisional compliance programs, budget management and supported senior management initiatives. During her tenure, she managed organizational growth through the Harrah's-Caesars integration and served as the chief of staff for Harrah's ballot referendum campaign in Rhode Island.

Migita joined Harrah's in 2004 as the manager of Market Research where she directed consumer research for a variety of corporate and property initiatives. Prior to Harrah's, she spent six years with QMark Research & Polling, starting as research director. Migita drove the corporate expansion to the West Pacific for the research and advertising divisions of Starr Seigle Communications. During this time, Migita worked with various multinational corporations and as a research subcontractor to the U.S. Department of Commerce, U.S. Navy, U.S. Census Bureau and the Guam Housing and Urban Renewal Authority. Migita came to Las Vegas in 2002 where she was promoted to QMark's executive vice president of Research.

Migita earned an executive master's degree in business administration at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas and a bachelor's degree in business administration with a concentration in Marketing from the University of Washington-Seattle. She also studied business at the University of Portland, and then abroad in Salzburg, Austria, where she focused on political science and philosophy.

She is currently a Las Vegas Steering Committee member, a national diversity trainer for the Human Rights Campaign, and executive board member at the Gay & Lesbian Center of Las Vegas. Migita is the past president of the American Marketing Association (AMA) – Las Vegas Chapter, Guam Marketing Association, and membership development board member of the AMA-Honolulu Chapter. She also is a charter member and former board of director of Rotary Clubs in Hawaii and Guam, focusing on youth programs and vocational development for the community.

Under Migita's leadership, the AMA-Las Vegas Chapter received a National Merit Award for Membership Development achievements. She also recently received the prestigious Top 40 Under 40 award from In Business Magazine in Las Vegas.
