SNWA Drought Plan

The Southern Nevada Water Authority (SNWA) developed the Drought Plan in response to the severe drought affecting the Colorado River Basin.

The plan serves as a supplement to the SNWA Water Resource Plan and identifies drought response measures to reduce water demand during times of drought.

SNWA developed the plan in 2002 and the SNWA Board of Directors adopted the plan on Feb. 20, 2003. This document was last updated on April 19, 2007.
