The Southern Nevada Water Authority (SNWA) Landscape Awards program recognizes those who have created water-smart landscapes in Southern Nevada. See the 2010 winners.

Applications for the 2010 Landscape Awards are no longer being accepted. Please check back for the winners of this year's event.

Landscape and irrigation professionals, horticulturists and gardening experts comprise the judging panel. The experts judge landscape entries on four major criteria: aesthetics, irrigation system, plant selection and mulch. Get some helpful photo tips for your entry.

Purpose of the contest

More than half of the water used in Southern Nevada is used for landscaping. The Landscape Awards contest proves that water-efficient landscapes can be lush and colorful outdoor living spaces. Share your water-efficient landscape with SNWA and help spread the word that water-smart living has a style all its own.
