Our water meets all federal standards.
The Southern Nevada Water Authority (SNWA) runs thousands of analyses each month to ensure our water supply meets or surpasses all federal Safe Drinking Water Act standards.
In addition to meeting federal and state standards, we also strive to keep you informed about water quality and the water issues that affect you.
Each year, SNWA produces a Water Quality Report for the Southern Nevada Water System. The report includes a comparison of test results to federal drinking water standards, an overview of treatment processes and more.
