SmartStart

The SmartStart Program allows Water Smart Contractors that have completed training to perform pre-conversion site visits as part of the Water Smart Landscapes rebate process. Contractors receive a username and password at the end of the training session. If you have completed training and do not have your username and password, email us or call 702-862-3760.
